BROTHER NATURE REVIEWED
“Brother Nature” is a very forgettable movie. While it seems to have been set up as a SNL exit vehicle for Killam, the end result feels like a filler movie on cable. The era of the film is always vague, but you feel like it must be modern due to the cast. Give it a few years and it’ll be indistinguishable from any romantic comedy that Kate Hudson pooped out in the late 00s. But, this one has bro bonding to keep the guys interested.
But, it’s the two dudes on SNL that most people don’t want to see. So, how does a viewer get past this double whammy? The plot is cliche, there’s no quality nudity and the film limps to hit its 96 minute run-time. Pick it up if you need something mildly funny to watching during Christmas.
