“The Target” is a South Korean action conspiracy vehicle. It’s the kind of stuff that Denzel would make if he was working out of Seoul. That being said, outside of the initial team-up to solve the conspiracy, nothing else happens. It seems very typical for the Asian action cinema that gets dumped straight to DVD in America.
