“Operator” is a pretty fun B-movie about what happens when you mess with a veteran 911 operator. His daughter and his cop son-in-law have been abducted and the operator’s city is threatened. Over the next 87 minutes, you will watch Pare, Goss and Rhames exchange enough machismo to power an Ed Hardy factory. If you’re looking for more or a reasonable performance from Mischa Barton, you’re out of luck. The A/V Quality is strong enough with a Dolby TrueHD 5.1 track. The Blu-Ray comes with no special features.
