MY BOYFRIEND’S BACK REVIEWED
“My Boyfriend’s Back” comes from a time when major studios would dump movies that don’t make sense on the surface level. It’s a teen flick directed by an arthouse actor featuring a romantic zombie plot. Nothing is played too serious, but the horror comedy is on point. Keep an eye out for early roles from Matthew Fox and Philip Seymour Hoffman. You’ll notice them when someone screams out how young they look. Then, you’ll remember that PSH is dead. Sad times.
