HUMOR ME

HUMOR ME REVIEWED

“Humor Me” could’ve been a very boring film. What it does is forces an intellectual elite into his father’s retirement home. While hiding out there, he becomes involves in their community theater. Playing off the demands of his father, the playwright starts cutting together new material that makes the best of his new environment. The cast is quite strong, but it kinda feel quaint. We live in the early party of the 21st Century and we’re still making feel-good movies about old people. Even with it being well-made, it just plays flat.
