Asian Pacific Americans have amazing cuisine.
“Off the Menu” offers up an interesting take on Asian American cuisine in modern society. The documentary is a quick tour guide through where the food is produced. All the while, we get quick quips that makes me long for a dedicated series on the matter. Foodies got to get deep, you know? The DVD has no special features.
