For one hour a day next week, the catfights will cease and the feathers will be left unruffled… hopefully. Starting Monday, June 15, Bravo’s “Real Housewives” will join Hoda Kotb as guest co-hosts of the fourth hour of the “Today” show. Each day, a different housewife from a different franchise of the show will trade their society lunches for an hour of news-of-the-day discussions, celebrity interviews, and great “Today” show segments.

On Monday, June 15, the “Real Housewives of New York’s” woman-about-town, Bethenny Frankel will serve as guest co-host alongside Hoda Kotb. On Tuesday, controversial New Jersey housewife Danielle Staub will join the show as a guest host, and she’ll also give a sneak-peak of the season finale of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” which will air later that night. On Wednesday, spitfire NeNe Leakes of the Atlanta housewives will try her hand at hosting, and on Thursday, the feisty Tamra Barney from Orange County will fill the job. Each housewife will be filling in for co-host Kathie Lee Gifford who has the week off.

Bravo’s “Real Housewives” franchise gives viewers an up-close and personal look at fabulous women around the country, who juggle their burgeoning careers and busy home lives with the whirl of their social events. A behind-the-scenes look at life in Orange County, New York, Atlanta and New Jersey, the series follow these driven and ambitious women as they balance motherhood, careers and a fast-paced and often packed calendar, and shows what life is like in some of the most exclusive areas of the country.

Jim Bell is the executive producer of “Today” (Mon.-Fri., 7-11 a.m.). Tammy Filler is the senior producer responsible for the fourth hour of “Today.”
