NOW YOU SEE ME 2 REVIEWED
“Now You See Me 2″ is an odd sequel that jettisons most of what worked in the first film, so that we can get an unneeded reinvention. Somewhere between forced guest stars and uninspired villains, the audience is left challenge in its ideals of magic. Specifically, those members of the audience that thought magic was super cool. Keep your memories of the first film in lofty esteem, but enjoy the interesting failures of this entry. For those that follow the site, you’ll know that I was supposed to perform a magic trick alongside the review of the film. Much like this feature’s ending, expect to be disappointed.
