So, it's like Jumper?
“One & Two” is another one of those Gothic style movies about teen teleporters. What was that? Yeah, it’s stylistic Sci-Fi that came out on the indie arthouse circuit around August. Most people missed it, but IFC Midnight is hoping that you take a shot on the film during the Holidays. Kiernan Shipka and Timothee Chalamet are very strong as the lead kids. But, I don’t want to overlook the parents. It takes a lot to play abusive types.
If you’re looking at the trailer and having an idea of what happens…you’re wrong. I don’t want to spoil anything, but stick with it through the third act. There are some unexpected reveals, but Shipka takes the lead with a panache that would impress even Sally Draper. The Blu-Ray comes with no special features.
