“Goodbye to All That” should’ve been so much better than what it was. What we end up getting is a film about a terrible man trying to restart his life after a divorce. While the cast is a team of indie heavyweights, no one is able to overcome the charisma black hole that is Paul Schneider. Remember a time when Schneider was the Indie King of David Gordon Green’s work? Now, we live in a Danny McBride flavored world, while Schneider just turns into the modern Richard Benjamin. The DVD comes with a trailer as the sole special feature.
