Plot Summary: In Russia, mute make-up artist Billy Hughes works on a low-budget slasher film. One night, Billy stumbles onto an adult film set and witnesses a murder. As she goes on the run, she realizes that no one can protect her from the Russian mob, corrupt police, and the KGB. Plot Summary: Julian (Richard Gere, in his breakthrough performance) is a high-priced male escort living a perfect life. However, when one of his clients ends up dead, his desire for the elite lifestyle turns into a desperate race to prove his innocence as he’s framed for murder. The film, shot by John Bailey (In the Line of Fire, The Big Chill), features music by Giorgio Moroder, including the iconic “Call Me” theme song by Blondie.
