[text_block_nav title=”The Plot”]”Love & Mercy” shows the world the power of a great car salesperson. One woman selling a Cadillac was enough to save Brian Wilson’s life. If that’s not enough of a story, you also get flashbacks to the music that you love. The film did remind me how easy it was to buy modern day John Cusack as a washed up celebrity. I found that sad, but it helped the film. Paul Giamatti continues to impress in supporting roles, while I try to guess at the career that Elizabeth Banks is trying to carve out. Solid work from everyone involved.[/text_block_nav]
