JOSEPH REVIEWED

“Joseph” kicks off the latest Bible Stories jaunt. Paul Mercurio plays the lead and Bible stuff happens. To help the readership understand what happens, I’ll put it in Marvel terms. Joseph is a mutant precog who gets sold into slavery by his brothers. The stress causes him to develop precognitive powers, which he uses the conquer the local kingdom. As a monarch, Joseph struggles using his powers responsibly while caring for his people. The Judeo Christian God plays a role here, but no Stan Lee cameos. If you dig what has come before in The Bible Stories, you’ll enjoy this. Everyone else will find it bland.
