Attraction is another big budget Russian production about aliens, first encounters and dodgy CG. Most of the film is about citizens and the government deciding what to do with these aliens. However, the film never gets that cerebral. The constant dancing around what matters in terms of Sci-Fi encounters gets old about 30 minutes into the film. Unfortunately, you’ve got another 100 minutes to watch this film drag. The Russian language is track is in Dolby Atmos, while the English gets the smaller DTS-HD 5.1 mix.
Interesting choice, but much like the film…never does much for anyone.
