1275 Days [Blu-ray review]

1275 Days is a true crime documentary about how an unconstitutional Indiana law was used to railroad teenage offenders. Following the case of how a 15 year old gets pinned for a murder he didn’t commit, the documentary takes apart each step of the legal process. Fascinating from a reality standpoint, it doesn’t provide a ton for lingering entertainment.

Filmrise presents a rather robust disc offering for a film that just arrived in 2019. Documentaries on unpopular subjects rarely get this sort of lovely treatment. The Blu-ray comes with the following special features:

  • Deleted Scenes
  • Experts on Retroactivity
  • Photo Gallery
  • Theatrical Trailer
