Lena Dunham’s Sharp Stick opens July 29th. She’s not a lot of people’s favorite creator, but I’m interested in the new movie.

What’s even cooler is Sharp Stick is coming to digital platforms on August 16th from those cool cats over at Utopia.
The movie is about a young woman dealing with her influencer sister and overbearing mom. Jennifer Jason Leigh plays the mom who tries to make it work out, but isn’t totally there. Jon Bernthal plays the older male figure. If you’ve seen Girls, you can figure out the rest.
Beyond that, I’d recommend giving it a shot.
