Caesar and Otto offer up a Paranormal Halloween.

“Caesar and Otto’s Paranormal Halloween” are the stars of a seemingly DTV parody series that I never knew existed. Watching the film, I don’t find that surprising anymore. While we get genre cult stars and some fun horror riffs, that’s about all we have. Vernon Wells shows up as an axe wielding maniac in a found film. That’s cool, I guess. What can I say, people? Sometimes, they’re not gold. The DVD comes with commentaries, blooper reel, bonus shorts, bonus videos and trailers as the special features.
