Wizard staffs that actually wield wizardly powers now on Kickstarter.
A team of engineers on a mission to develop functional wizard staffs have just launched their Magic Wizard Staff project on Kickstarter and are seeking backers to support production efforts. Two unique Wizard Staffs are available, the fire-producing Choas Staff and the vapor-emitting Fog Staff, are available for pre-order with various upgrade options also available.
Months of research and development have been spent to determine the necessity and opportunity for a commercially available accessory item that appeals to the LARP (Live Action Role Playing) communities. Additional Medieval Reenactment groups, Renaissance Fairgoers, Cosplay competitors and fantasy enthusiasts have provided ideas and influence on the design and function of these Magic Wizard Staffs.
“We are extremely proud and excited to see this idea become a reality,” states Magic Wizard Staff’s co-founder Brian Krohn. “What started a cheese puff air cannon has become a fully-functional and portable staff that can either produce fire or fog.” Krohn is a successful entrepreneur and inventor with a list of accomplishments ranging from biodiesel innovations to anti-snoring apps. “With the creation of Magic Wizard Staff, we found that the role-playing communities are always looking for high-quality accompaniments to their characters and costumes that can really deliver the ‘Wow-Factor,’ and our staffs do just that.”
The Kickstarter campaign has just launched with multiple support levels available to interested backers of the project. Fans can pre-order their very own Choas or Fog Staffs at an introductory price of $300 with a number of available upgrades and early-bird offers also available.
