A Record of Sweet Murder continues the Unearthed Films‘ craziness. This time, we follow Sang-joon as he escapes from a mental institution. He kills nearly 20 people, then captures a news crew. Inside of an abandoned apartment, he makes the crew record his interview for the masses. Naturally, these things don’t end so well.
Sang-joon tells the crew that he has a plan to murder 27 people. Voices from outer space are telling him that if he can hit that number, his best friend and victims will be resurrected. It’s a fascinating look at faith mixed together with a bit of hyperviolence. The included special features are a still gallery and trailers.
