Miss You Already is laid back enough to be forgotten.
“Miss You Already” is a rather interesting female buddy movie about facing the start of a family and a battle with cancer. Based on the true life experience of Morwenna Banks, she sets the frame work for Collette and Barrymore to bond onscreen. While I enjoy tales of friendship and beating the odds, it feels like the movie loses steam after the first hour. Kudos to Catherine Hardwicke’s continued streak of mining the most out of everything she directs. It might still be in dollar houses where you live, so give it a shot.
