The new music documentary YOSHIKI: UNDER THE SKY will premiere internationally this September, directed by and starring legendary Japanese musician YOSHIKI.
Filmed during the pandemic when live concerts were impossible, YOSHIKI gathers a star-studded lineup for a cathartic global musical journey. Featured artists include The Chainsmokers, St. Vincent, Sarah Brightman, Scorpions, and more.
Interspersed with interviews about his passion for music and grief over losing loved ones, YOSHIKI: UNDER THE SKY celebrates the healing power of music. It premieres in New York City on September 7th, followed by Tokyo, London, and Los Angeles.
YOSHIKI will attend the premieres for live Q&A sessions with audiences. The film’s debut comes before his 10th anniversary Yoshiki Classical World Tour this fall, where he’ll headline venues like Carnegie Hall.
