Ultraman X: Here He Comes Our Ultraman is the latest Ultraman movie. Much like beloved American properties from the 1960s, it has been effectively ran into the ground at this point. This time, a reality TV host uncovers a pyramid that unleashes the monster Zaigorg.
Now, a new form of Ultraman has to fight the evil Kaiju to save the day. The movie plays super short at 72 minutes, but even then it feels long. The special effects look cheap for this decade. But, I get what they were trying to do. Low fuss, low mess makes for successful attempts to rebirth Sci-Fi franchises.
