SHE’S BEAUTIFUL WHEN SHE’S ANGRY REVIEWED
“She’s Beautiful When She’s Angry” is a pretty standard look at the rise of the Women’s Liberation Movement. Talking with the usual pioneers and examining the radical elements, it’s more than you get from a standard PBS documentary. However, PBS would’ve been able to keep the material far more focused. For a documentary that slightly tips the 90 minute scale, it tries to bite off a mini-series’ worth of ideas. I’d recommend checking it out from a historical perspective, entertainment value is next to nil.
