About Little Bites
LITTLE BITES tells the chilling story of Mindy, a young widow and mother who is desperately trying to protect her daughter Alice from the clutches of a fiendish, flesh-eating monster named Agyar. To keep Alice safe, Mindy has been secretly sacrificing herself, allowing the creature to slowly consume her body while she hides Alice at her grandmother’s home.Director Spider One shared his inspiration for the film: “LITTLE BITES began with an unflinching look at my own experience as a parent. An experience that continues to be a complex mix of love, pain, success, and failure, where the best of intentions are constantly countered by dark forces of self-doubt and external judgment. In the film, Mindy’s relationship with Agyar is an allegory for parenthood—his bites are her pain, his words are her insecurities, and his intentions are to prove Mindy’s failure as a parent. Krsy Fox and Jon Sklaroff exceeded my expectations with their portrayals of Mindy and Agyar, and I can’t wait for horror fans to sink their teeth into LITTLE BITES.”
