Get ready for more out-of-this-world laughs! Hulu has just dropped the trailer for Season 5 of the hit adult animated series Solar Opposites, premiering on August 12 with all 11 episodes. And that’s not all—a special Halloween episode is set to arrive later this fall.
During the Solar Opposites panel at San Diego Comic-Con on July 26, Hulu unveiled the Season 5 trailer, much to the delight of fans. Dan Stevens also surprised everyone with a pre-recorded video announcing that the series has been renewed for a sixth season!
Season Five:
Solar Opposites follows a team of four aliens who are evenly split on whether Earth is amazing or terrible. Korvo (Dan Stevens) and Yumyulack (Sean Giambrone) are disgusted by pollution, consumerism, and human frailty, while Terry (Thomas Middleditch) and Jesse (Mary Mack) are enamored with TV, junk food, and all things fun. In Season 5, now that Terry and Korvo are married, the whole team is shifting focus to family values—with hilarious results.
