Mary is Full of Grace.
“Full of Grace” is a look at Mary’s interactions with Peter. Picking up 10 years after the Resurrection, early Christianity is in great peril. The apostles are doing what they can, but the Romans and local authorities are applying pressure where they can. The film does an amazing job of showing how Mary reaffirmed Peter’s ability to stick to his mission. While the religious overtones will put off those not in the target audience, it’s an amazing film about commitment in the face of persecution.
The DVD comes with a featurette and trailer as the special features. The A/V Quality is strong enough for standard definition. The transfer is clean and the Dolby 5.1 track is mainly front powered. That should be enough for most viewers. The DVD is a rental.
