“A Few Great Bakeries” takes us through the best bakeries in America. The bagel toasting bakery in Alaska caught my attention, but the rest feel like I’d need to eat the food to be impressed. There are tons of bakeries where I live and their output easily matches or exceeds that which Rick Sebak chose to spotlight here. The Viking Cup in Washington looks impressive, but the rest of their fare feels like you could find it at a Panera Bread. The DVD comes with 30 minutes of bonus material as the special features.
