“Crackheads” is a fun low budget movie about four low-lifes that want to score more crack. They come from all walks of life and they don’t always get along. Still, there are minor bits of humor to be mined from their interactions. They mess with cops, screw with horses races and take turns messing with each other. If it had a scene where people went ass to ass, it’d be like a comedic version of “Requiem for a Dream”. As it is, it’s a charming little comedy from New Zealand that I hope finds an audience in North America.
