ATTACK OF THE KILLER DONUTS REVIEWED
“Attack of the Killer Donuts” is Lovecraft by way of the Killer Tomato movies. C. Thomas Howell and the cast lead a fun romp through a killer outbreak movie where the dough grows. The CG and FX work won’t floor anybody. However, this is an experience movie. It’s the kind of genre flick that people used to watch for cheap in larger gatherings. It’s the kind of movie that kept the Drive-In circuit alive for ages, but has fallen into utter disrepair. We need more movies like this.
