“9 Full Moons” is about two broken people trying to make it through the world. Male drifter type wants to be a musician, while female drifter type apparently got raped and blew it off. The cast assembled for the film is amazing, as you get stunning supporting turns from Donal Logue, Dale Dickey and Harry Dean Stanton. That being said, if you can’t handle semi-mumblecore dark romances, then this might not be for you. Ultimately, I’d recommend a rental.
