“Heart and Soul” is the latest When Calls the Heart adventure. Jack has to return to being a Mountie, while Elizabeth finds herself spending time with Charles Kensington. The young Rosemary finds herself in league with some sketchy producers that want to take her to NYC. It’s under 90 minutes and this is the TV movie equivalent of a dime store novel. That’s great for the target audience and it’ll keep your mom happy. But, the appeal fades outside of that initial target group. The DVD comes with no special features.
