Ray Donovan closes out 2015.
“Ray Donovan” returns with the third season of the show that won’t die on Showtime. Ian McShane and Katie Holmes spark things up this season, as a billionaire and his daughter that want to reach Donovan a new set of rules. While Ray and his family want to branch out of the life, they find themselves being pulled back in by the rich freaks that make up their livelihood. Surprisingly interesting for the first half of the season, then it just auto pilots until the finish.
The Blu-Ray comes with no special features. However, the A/V Quality is pretty strong. The 1080p transfer pops and the Dolby TrueHD 5.1 track keeps all channels going. If you’ve seen any of the past seasons on Blu, then you know what to expect. It’s a purchase for fans.
