Peter Jesperson, the legendary record store maestro, music executive, DJ, manager, tour manager, label founder, and lifelong music enthusiast, is hitting the road this September to promote his memoir, Euphoric Recall (published by Minnesota Historical Society Press). These highly anticipated events will offer fans a chance to hear firsthand accounts of Jesperson’s storied career and will feature live appearances by The Replacements’ Tommy Stinson.

The first three events will include a book discussion and signing session with both Jesperson and Stinson, followed by a brief solo performance by Tommy Stinson. Mark your calendars for these not-to-be-missed dates:
- Sept. 10 – Gman Tavern, Chicago, IL: Doors open at 6:30 pm, with a Q&A featuring Tommy Stinson at 7:30 pm. Moderated by music journalist and Metro/GMan Tavern producer Jill Hopkins. Admission is free with RSVP. Get tickets here.
- Sept. 12 – Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Cleveland, OH: No cover charge. Doors open at 7 pm, with a Q&A at 7:30 pm. Moderated by Andy Leach, Sr. Director of Museum and Archival Collections.
- Sept. 13 – Barnes & Noble, Lennox Town, Columbus, OH: Free event starting at 5:30 pm, moderated by Curt Schieber of Schoolkids & Used Kids Records and DJ at WWCD. (Note: Tommy Stinson will also perform a solo acoustic show at Used Kids Records that evening. Doors at 8 pm, show at 8:30 pm, located at 2500 Summit St., Columbus, OH 43202.)

- Sept. 26 – POP Montreal, Montreal, QC, Canada: Taking place at Club House Rialto from 3:30 – 4 pm, moderated by musician and record producer Howard Bilerman.
- Sept. 29 – Golden Notebook Presents (Venue TBD), Woodstock, NY: Free event at 3:00 pm with musician Steve Almaas (Suicide Commandos/Beat Rodeo). Moderated by author and music journalist Holly George-Warren. Steve Almaas will also perform a few acoustic songs.
