GOOD SIDE OF BAD makes its North American digital and DVD debut on January 7, 2025, courtesy of Freestyle Digital Media (Byron Allen’s Allen Media Group). The film had its world premiere as the opening night selection at Dances With Films in 2023.
Adapted from the bestselling book The Good Side of Bad, this family drama follows a young photographer emerging from a severe mental break. Her siblings rally around her, forcing the entire family to confront the realities of mental illness. The film finds hope, love, and uneasy humor in the darkest moments, exploring what it really means to support one another.
