This November, prepare for a wild ride with the creature feature horror comedy Crust, directed by genre veteran Sean Whalen, known for his role in Wes Craven’s The People Under the Stairs. Following its theatrical release in September, Crust will be available on VOD starting November 12, with DVD and Blu-ray editions hitting the shelves on December 10.

In this touching yet darkly comedic tale, Whalen makes his feature directorial debut as Vegas Winters, a washed-up child actor who has retreated from Hollywood to manage a rundown laundromat. His mundane life takes a bizarre turn when his tears of anguish bring a pile of socks to life, forming a lovable monster named Crust. This newly formed creature becomes Vegas’s protector and takes a sinister approach to dealing with his enemies.
