IN DEFENSE OF FOOD REVIEWED
“In Defense of Food” follows Michael Pollan through myths and misconceptions about eating. Pleasure is discussed, as well as the need for a modern diet. Time is spent studying the French diet, Tanzania hunter-gatherers and vegans in America. Most of the documentary is spent focusing on the problems with manufactured food and the need to return to organic. While it might feel like a commercial to some, it works. It just works.
