Mark your calendars for November 15, as Shout! TV and Scream Factory TV proudly present an all-day movie marathon curated by acclaimed filmmakers Mike Flanagan and Kate Siegel. This special event showcases a selection of films they love, featuring insightful introductions by the duo throughout the day.
A Day of Cinematic Favorites
The marathon lineup includes beloved classics such as Labyrinth and Donnie Darko, along with classic episodes of Mystery Science Theater 3000. Additionally, viewers can enjoy an encore presentation of Flanagan and Siegel’s horror favorites from the Handpicked Horror marathon, including The Exorcist III and Nosferatu The Vampyre, airing on Scream Factory TV.
Exclusive Premiere of Hush
A highlight of the marathon will be the exclusive AVOD premiere of Mike Flanagan’s critically acclaimed film Hush, airing at 5 PM PT / 8 PM ET on both Shout! TV and Scream Factory TV. This gripping horror thriller stars Kate Siegel as a deaf writer who retreats to the woods for solitude, only to find herself fighting for her life against a masked intruder.
Fans will be thrilled to know that Hush is set to release in a stunning 4K edition on November 26 from Scream Factory, featuring a newly restored version in Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, all supervised and approved by director Mike Flanagan. This release also includes a unique black-and-white version of the film, dubbed the “Shush Cut,” which offers a minimalist experience by removing nearly all of the score, enhancing the tension in this chilling tale.
