Bar Talks is a fascinating look at what goes into the bartending life. Sure, we’re talking about the upscale version of it, but the basics remain. Charles Schumann is a great guide and I feel like I learned a lot by watching him. Still, it feels like a Parts Unknown episode that won’t end. Some will dig that, while others will choose not to hang around. Think about that, as I continue cleaning out the backlog.
