A water war is no laughing matter.
“A River Between Us” plays like a video memoir about the battles over water rights on the Klamath River. Oregon State Senator Jason Atkinson walks us through the history of the issue, as all involved parties get a chance to say their peace. Nobody really makes a case for having the better, thus making the effort that much more frustrating. After watching the documentary, I can only hope that others give it a shot.
