HONEYBEE REVIEWED
“Honeybee” works off one one of the great horror concepts that I enjoy. The concept of hive minds and personal subversion creates new opportunities for gore and general grossness that can only bring a smile to my face. So much of the movie strives to be cerebral, but I find myself wanting more direct answers about what’s going on. While not quite up to Rod Serling material, the film has a lot to say about social and familial constraints. The film is still available on VOD, so I’d recommend that you check it out. I feel that if I talk any longer, I’ll spoil it.
