THE BLACKLIST: SEASON FOUR REVIEWED
“The Blacklist” finally did what we wanted in Season 4. It unveiled Red’s connection to Liz. At this point, a semi-informed child could guess and make the connection. What hurt the season for me was plotzing around for most of the year until we got to the point. I get that the journey was fun to a point, but things like this are why I prefer short season runs. 13 episodes could’ve done what took this season 20 or more episodes to do. But, damn if I don’t dig the James Spader.
