Readers get really pissed when I cover these shows. Honestly, you guys should know that I’m a skeptic by now. I watch all 12 episodes ever year to hear what these people believed happened in the past. The desperate need to recycle subject matter and cram alien involvement borders on the insane. But, it’s the insanity of trying to force all of the puzzles pieces together that makes this program work.
The Blu-Ray comes with no special features. But, the 1080p transfer blows away broadcast quality. I’m assuming as the History HD feed I get is usually just 1080i. The DTS-HD 5.1 master audio track will also make the talking heads come to life. In the end, it’s a purchase to the fans alone.
