29 TO LIFE REVIEWED
“29 to Life” took me a bit to process. How many movies about young people not getting it need to be made? I get it that making decisions in your 20s and 30s is hard. But, roll the dice and pick something. Somewhere between the revenge plot against the ex-girlfriend and the business with the leaves, I was getting little annoyed. But, the film kept winning me over.
The lead actor is relatable and not whiny. It’s just that the audience will get mad at their surrogate for not picking any sort of direction. If you get the time, I’d recommend checking it out. Tell me what you think.
