“Portrait of a Serial Monogamist” is a lesbian dating movie about a young woman deciding if she’s making the right decisions. A lot of people will play up the lesbian angle, but it’s easy to ignore. What we get is a dialogue heavy film about the politics of interpersonal relationships. I appreciate the film plays short, but you never even notice the time fly by. The DVD comes with deleted scenes, screen test and a trailer as the special features.
