MAUDE REVIEWED
“Maude” returns with Season 4. This season features her accidentally killing a dog and visiting a shrink. Back in 1975/1976, this kind of material was scandalous. Now, “Fuller House” tackles heavier material. It was cool to have the Henry Fonda as President episode, but does it matter? For a show that was supposed to be breaking heavy issues, this is the season where things started to feel schticky. The show is viewed better as a complete series rather than breaking it down by seasons. The weaknesses come through that way.
