OUT OF THE VAULT RETURNS REVIEWED
“Out of the Vault Returns” is the latest Nicktoons compilation released by Shout Factory. “The Angry Beavers”, “CatDog”, “Hey Arnold” are among the cartoons that get a decent chunk of time here. That being said, this material was slightly after my time, so it might as well be kiddie junk. My wife loves it and she tells me it’s 4 hours of cartoon shorts that she remembers. That being said, I don’t get the big appeal. Well, I dig Rocko. Rocko is cool.
