“Big Block Singsong” returns with a second season. While I love that the material is short, my kid is starting to age out of it. She’s too young for a full 30 minutes – 1 hour. That being said, anything other than 15 minutes and she gets antsy. More than anything, I feel the urge to use these shorts as a precursor to something else. But, what about the content?
The music is fun and the animation is clean. At times, it sounds like a really cleaned up Flight of the Conchords. I appreciated my first outing with the Big Block Singsong and this was more of the same. I just worry about my kid aging out of the material quickly. Therefore, I’d only recommend it to the Pre-K crowd and younger.
