“Rise of the Krays” is a rather intriguing biopic about the Kray brothers and their reign of terror in London. If you’re looking for a rather standard explanation of who these guys were, then this is it. It seems like all of the talent and panache was saved for Legend. Take that for what you will. The DVD comes with deleted scenes and trailer gallery as the special features.
