PAYBACK REVIEWED
“Payback” is about a man wanting to get out of a life of crime. Unfortunately, the mafia wants to assassinate him. Thrill to 85 minutes of high octane middle ground Asian action. I’m not familiar with any of the talent involved, but the material can’t shake being B-grade even for Asia. I’ve seen better and I’ve seen far worse. So, what does it mean? Well, it’s going to be a rental only for the curious.
