“Halloween Fest” is the latest Littlest Pet Shop compilation. Five episodes give you the best of the Halloween episodes, as Pre-K kids can watch animals celebrate Samhain. If your kids are fans, they’ll eat this up. Otherwise, they’ve got to listen to an adult rant and rave about an extended toy commercial posing as a show. The DVD comes with sing-along as the special features.
